In addition, St. Paul’s has an easy payment portal you can use. You may use either a bank account or a credit card to make a payment through this portal. The processing fees with this method are 2.75% = $0.45/transaction for credit/debit cards and 1.0% + $0.45 for ACH payments. So for a Visa card payment of $20, the processing fee would be $2.45.
