Oral History Project The St. Paul’s Oral History Project’s mission is to document trends in St. Paul’s history by interviewing parishioners based on length of time at the parish and clergy leadership. The Project began in 2009, St. Paul’s 50th year, as a long term program to record oral histories of past and present parishioners, and clergy. A committee guides the work of the Project. Interviews are done by a group of parishioners using oral history best practices. Future uses of the oral histories include a regular column in the Vision, inclusion in publications, and possible audio and transcripts on the web site. The Oral History Project welcomes parishioner input to serve on the committee, conduct interviews, or suggest interviewees. To become involved, please contact Nancy Freeman at nfreeman@frii.com or 970-222-4663. In the beginning, St. Paul's church met in this building, which was a coffee house at the time. |
