An Inclusive Church Welcoming All People

Our Mission Statement, "Guided by Christ we welcome, nurture, and serve", is the expression of our heart as a Christian community.

We believe that the Way of Jesus is to be open to everyone -- to live in the discomfort of an exuberant wide-armed
welcome.  We are a mix of folk with an economic, political, sexual and educational diversity who believe that following Christ means repenting of your sins but not of your mind.

Nurture means a wealth of things to us, among which is the commitment to provide opportunities for growth in an understanding of the Good News of Jesus Christ.  We offer Adult Education and Formation, a lively Children's Ministry, and a Youth Group that combines study with fun and mission.  We believe that all Christians are called to ministry, that ministry is, to paraphrase Fredrick Buechner, the meeting of our deepest desire with the world's longing, and that nurture includes helping one another find our calling.

Serving means commitment to the world beyond our church family.  We are servant people not only in our individual lives but, through our Outreach ministries, in our gifts of time and money to local organizations such
as the Food Bank of Larimer County, Crossroads Safehouse, Elder Pet Care and Catholic Charities Mission among
others.  We also support the Colorado Haiti Project Konbit School.
